COMPLAINTS POLICY

Complaints Process

Users are permitted to report any content that theydeemmay be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards.

It is acknowledged that all such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven working days of receiving the complaints.

An Admin staff upon receiving the complaints will contact the complainant to acknowledge receipt of the complaints

The Admin staff will then contact the depicted person in the content to inform them of the complaint against them and to seek their views

APPEAL PROCESS

The depicted person has the right to appeal the decision of the Admin staff.

On receipt of the appeal, it is sent to an Admin Manager who conducts the appeal.

The Admin Manager will contact the depicted person for them to provide to the Admin Manager any new information regarding the appeal.

The Admin Manager will review the new evidence or new information and make a decision.
