1. Content Removal

1.1 COMPLAINTS POLICY

1.1.1 Complaints Process

1.1.2. Users are permitted to report any content that they deem may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards

1.1.3. It is acknowledged that all such reported complaints will be reviewed within seven working days of receiving the complaints.

1.1.4 An Admin staff upon receiving the complaints will contact the complainant to acknowledge receipt of the complaints.

1.1.5. The admin staff will contact the depicted person in the complaintto inform them of the complaint against them and to seek their views.

1.2. APPEAL PROCESS

1.2.1.The depicted person has the right to appeal the decision of the admin staf.

1.2.2. On receipt of the appeal it is sent to an Admin Manager who will conduct the appeal process.

1.2.3. The Admin Manager will review the new evidence or new information and make a decision.
